At Smile Manchester we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Our goal is to provide the best possible care to all of our patients, and we kindly ask that you observe our Cancellation Policy to help us achieve this.

1.Notice Requirement

We request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may require urgent dental care.

2.Missed Appointments

If a patient fails to attend an appointment without providing notice:

 

  1. For NHS appointments: The patient may not be offered any further appointments on the NHS. b.
  2. For private appointments: The patient will be charged a fee for the dentist’s time.
